A classic Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Crisp and fresh with notes of citrus, green apple as well as some riper stone fruit and grapefruit flavours coming through as well. There is a pleasant amount of weight to the body giving a nice rounded mouthfeel with some minerally touches. Altogether this is a well-made and very drinkable wine from fifth generation proprietor Thierry and this always forward-thinking estate.
